I’ve caught the majority of my fish with rapala’s. All the way up to 7lbs 08oz. These are good lures. Second would be the buzz bait, then Spinner for me. It’s all about time, place, water color, temp. and of course the lure.
for a full day i through a perch colored rapala minnow rap and nothing then before i left i through the same color same size storm crank bait and got a walleye… OVERPRICED BULLSHIT

@jgmtiger What did you do with the catfish and the gar?? A guy today caught about a 20 pound northern pike thru the ice in the lake I live by, about 40 inches long.
yeah you think it would be till you gotta do it you have 2 options eaither A cut your line and let a fish of a life time loose OR B fight the fact that your arms fill ike there on fire and numb and gonna get ripped off and catch the fish i picked B and am happy
@jgmtiger Thats one hufe catfish. When I lived in Dallas I seen those big gars in the trinity river but never got one over 3 feet. 5 hour fishfight! Awesome.!!

yup and make sure your useing a uhhh cnat remebr the name but its like a foot long peaice of mettal woved cable you put on the end of your line cause the gar WILL bite your line and break it

@Trashfished yeah liver go buy liver and put a tiny bit on a floating bait i have white mouse witha 3 prong hook on the back and its hallow i will it full of liver and pull it across the top eaitehr right infront of his nose or over his head and BAM
@jgmtiger I get em with my bow , I do alot of trolling with crankbaits and catch alot of big pike but I have never had a gar hit ,and there are alot of them in the lake I fish. jeeesh they got to eat something to get 4 feet long or more!~
